1. Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Noise Zoo™, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
2. About the Service
Noise Zoo™ is a mobile game operated by Wave Games LLC. The game allows players to create and manage virtual zoos using voice recordings that become animal sounds. Certain features may include user-generated content, public sharing, account systems, and advertising.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Noise Zoo™. If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the game.
4. Accounts
Some features of Noise Zoo™ may require an account or sign-in method. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
5. User-Generated Content
Noise Zoo™ allows players to create, upload, store, and share user-generated content, including voice recordings, zoo creations, and related gameplay content.
You retain ownership of content you create, but by submitting or publishing content through Noise Zoo™, you grant Wave Games LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and maintain the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload or publish.
6. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not upload, publish, transmit, or otherwise make available content that includes or promotes:
- hate speech, discrimination, or racist content;
- harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior;
- sexual, explicit, or exploitative content;
- violent threats or glorification of violence;
- illegal content or unlawful activity;
- content that harms, targets, or exploits minors;
- spam, malicious activity, impersonation, or deceptive behavior;
- recordings containing sensitive personal information of yourself or others.
7. Reporting and Moderation
Noise Zoo™ may include tools that let players report inappropriate or harmful content. We may investigate reports and take action including content removal, warnings, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account bans.
Abuse of the reporting system, including knowingly false or malicious reports, may also result in moderation action.
8. Microphone Use
Noise Zoo™ uses microphone access to allow players to record sounds for gameplay. You understand that these recordings may be stored, processed, and reviewed for moderation purposes when reported.
9. Account Deletion
Users may delete their Noise Zoo account directly within the application. To delete an account, open the app and navigate to: Settings → Delete Account. When an account is deleted, associated gameplay data and user-generated content may be removed from our systems. 10. Intellectual Property
Except for user-generated content owned by players, all rights in Noise Zoo™, including its software, design, graphics, logos, systems, and other game content, are owned by or licensed to Wave Games LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the game except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
11. Third-Party Services
Noise Zoo™ may rely on third-party services, platforms, and advertising providers. Those third parties may have their own terms, conditions, and privacy practices, which may also apply to your use of the game.
12. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue all or part of Noise Zoo™ at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the game will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
13. Disclaimers
Noise Zoo™ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that user-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, safe, or available.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wave Games LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of Noise Zoo™, including user-generated content and service interruptions.
15. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Noise Zoo™ or certain features if you violate these Terms, pose a risk to other users or the service, or if we are required to do so by law or platform policy. You may stop using the game at any time.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the game, on our website, or by other appropriate means. Continued use of Noise Zoo™ after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
